Yeh...it was found. Everything stripped out and the hull burned almost completely. A very sad sight.

The 24 scorpion was found in Herculanem, Mo. (right on the Mississippi) on fire. It is just outside St. Louis. So now I'm in search of another boat...I'd like a Corsa 26. I will have some pics of the aftermath...pretty sick.

I have seen these 3 corsas. I called on the "wild card" race boat...really nice, but he has a lot invested in it. A little pricey. The other 2 are not really of interest to me, but thanks for the info.

Mike A has/had the former "Radioactive" Corsa for sale..not sure if he still has it...

*also, the white Corsa in Jersey is beautifully done...he runs with OPA...see pics on the Camden Race threads...

Nick, I've seen pics of Muffman's boat....it looks extremely clean and certainly is worth contacting him about. This summer I spoke with Bob Bower who builds the 26 Corsa and he said he has the molds and was thinking about building them again in conjunction with someone else. He also seemed willing to talk about building the boat on a one off custom basis. Why not give him a call at (305) 681-4342.

Talked with Steve M. What a nice guy! Thanks for the tip Doug. He still has his Corsa and I'll probably check it out in Florida. Might be able to make a deal. Talked to Muffman also. Boat looks pretty good, but I don't think I can pass up an old Corsa raceboat. Thanks for all the help guys!
