contract has to be accompanied by proof of financing letter from financial institution and a $50,000 non refundable earnest check, If you guys are serious, email me and I 'll give you the number of who you need to call, I also have information on 3 nice developments that are either in recievership or pre forclosure.

check , not to me , seller escrows the check with title company, guess you guys have never bought much commercial property, back pocket listing, these are sellers requirements not the sellers agent, email me, I 'll give you agents name, phone, I want no part of it at all,Jim
