He called back and is very upset I posted the judgement that and the fact he answered 281 580 prop tells me he still owns it and is bull$hitting people he owes money to. He has a reason to lie about this but I do not if he had a defense he could have told it to the judge and not have a judgement against him?

Funny how we go down this road every so often here.
Have a member/ business person gain everyones trust, business and such. And then, bam!

I'm bating 50% from here. 3 good transactions, 3 burns.

Darin sure does have a run of bad luck with sickness running in his family. 1st his GF, now him. Must be the grinding dust.
BTW, he did fine with me.

Yea it is a shame I guess when you have money problems it makes people do things. BTW I noticed he was logged on for a while but did not come up with any BS response. I am sure he will make up something eventually but I have numerous people who picked up and dropped off these props to validate my story.

he had some "creative" business practices to help w/ his cash flow... wasnt he charging people CCs BEFORE he even got the props :eek:

Yes, my CC was actually charged before I got my props shipped out the next day. Thought it was strange too, but figured that is how business is done in Texas. :D
