Doesn't sound good. It sounds like the sunset dock where lots of us have watched the races from is gone.

wow, reading those articles is so sad, I did not realize it was that bad, the national news has not said much about KW. This is a double or triple whammy for them. The damage from the water, the lack of revenue from Fantasy Fest and who knows about race week. Last year several business owners told us that race week was bigger $$ for them than fantasy fest, that the boaters spent more money. I feel bad about the possibility of no vacation, but it pales in comparison to what those poor folks are going through.

I just tried KLAATU again but it appears Nextel has not restored service yet..

Marathon started flooding about 8:30am yesterday, yes about 4', gone by about 2:00pm same day, thats life in the Keys
