1st, nothing has proven the officer is guilty either. It would be nice to be wait for a ruling for a court of law before casting stones. Period, nothing else needs to be said.

Kook pretty much lost all interest in boating after his tragic accident. He sold his boat and all that went with it. (Better update about Kook and friend later in thread).
