Naw, Man....Kid's HATE it down there !!!! :D :D :D This will be the first year my daughter will not be coming down with us... :( She's 9 and we just want to do some Key West stuff with just the wife and I. My son age 17 has been attending and being a team member for as long as I can remember. He's bringing a buddy and they can find stuff to do there. My kid's have ALWAYS had a GREAT time down there. All joking aside, it's fine for kids as long as they stay off Duvall St. after hours. We always had our son watch our daughter while we went out to the parties, etc. The races are very kid friendly and mine have always had a blast. Dave

Re: kids& key west ?
Read post 1 carefully,I have been down before,my kids were concieved on boats. They love fishing, swimming, and yes race boats ,dry exhaust, and my wife loves the smell of cam 2.This is a rough audience!I should just ask anyone bringing the kids ?Mallory square sunset party, street acts, not for kids?Like since when?
Ps.they will be wiped out by 9:00pm anyway so they wont be lurkin around for the clothing optional crowd! |
