Yeah it's in "perfect condition" according to Phil. The old man who built Spinnaker Marina apparently always bragged about how he built the ocean facing wall out of concrete. I think everyone thought he was just crazy at the time. However, I would get in line to buy him a stiff drink if I could. :drink: :drink:

Any word on Lucky Strike? Hopefully we can get down there tomorrow but with all the lights out and stuff it's hard to drive around here.
