I went with Whipple too because I didn't have hatch clearance. More complex to install than the superchiller, but significantly lower (2 3/8"s), and it does work as Jonas says.
In addition, I'm running a 3" blower pulley, and AZSM ECU recurve and boost kit. I also found a Hardin Marine water pressure regulator that cuts off the intercooler at idle.
Don't forget to add a sea strainer to keep the intercooler from clogging.
Regards,
Steve
