Default Boat Storage Shed near Richmond Va.

Does anybody know someone or do you have a contact for storage sheds. I am looking for a 30x50. Something to keep the sun and rain off the boat in the summer (preferably metal). thanks

Can't help you with the storage building, but what type of boat? I'm in mechanicsville (see avatar for the Formula)

Contact Dave at Howard Custom Marine (804) 347-0762. He will have boat storage available in two weeks in the Richmond area.

We have a 98 Formula 312. We split our time between the James (gravel pits) and my family has a place on the Chick. (we anchor at Chippokes) Our place is in sight of the ski jump and right next to "Chickihominy Haven" (or the dump!) that is never open. Is yours a mid 90's that is red and blue? I seem to remember seeing it somewhere this summer. Were you sitting near the Jamestown ferry when the RPBA Poker Run came by in early July??
Where are you located? Boat? etc...feel free to call

Yes, that was me at Jamestown. The boat is white with a black and red stripe. I have a place on the Chick just down from the River's rest. We will be boating tomorrow!!!!!!

you suck! I've got friends coming from out of town and will probably be winterizing the boat late afternoon after they leave. We'll have to get you signed up for the poker run next summer. That run is the chit! I'm sure I'll see you on the water by spring. My parents have the white rancher with a rear garage on the house and a lift for a bass boat and jetski on the docks. You'll find me there alot of weekends.

Do you have a place in Richmond, or just looking for storage in the area?

Storage is tough to find around here, unless you just want to pay top dollar. A lot of 12' x 40' deep areas but there is only about 50' in front so you can't get in with a 30' plus boat. Most everyone wants a year round lease as well.

I finally just built something behind the office. It really helps keeping the boat inside & out of the sun.

Dave's storage building will be ready soon. Give him a call.

To get back on topic, Linster is right. There are a few units 200 yards from his office, but I can't get turned into them with anything longer than a lawn trailer. I finally put up my own.....
Rumor has it that the fairgrounds has winter storage from Nov 1 to April 1 for $300.00......I know of a unit possibly available near Tappahanock if intested.
