Actually the´re not that special. anyone with a little fab skills can do one...like these on a Skater ( Yes it´s FinnScrew Props from the Former UIM champ FINNSCREW)

Question is how do they perform against other drive systems on the market....like speed, acceleration, high speed turning and maneuverability.

Well by looking at them Live I think personally like chit... :p

had one on a single engine 31ft 502 415hp 80+ MPH. On plane like a rocket ship. Excellent drive absolutely bullet in fact cannon proof just have to learn a whole new way to maneuver around tight spaces but once you master it you can put it any where you want in fact some places that you can not get to with a regular out drive
