The go-fast type of smuggling is small potatoes comparitively speaking. Similar to a corner store operation. The big moves are in freighters,trains, and semis. The guys in south Florida and New Hampshire are now seeing what they call "Black Cocaine". When the powder is mixed with a specific chemical it turns into a dark brown/reddish brown in color. The twist is that it's undetectable by conventional chem tests and drug dogs. It's being shipped in semis using a specific, common packaging that won't raise suspicion. Those poor guys in the Coast Guard aren't paid nearly enough to deal with those fools down south. It's dangerous to say the least. Bryan |

The real story is rarely told. But from what I have seen the story really hasn't changed much. I also bet I could get $36K to rig up four 200 HP outboards in the right areas of South America and the Caribbean.
