Default First Run with new power

We finally went for the first "shake down run" this afternoon. The weather was drizzling so there were no other boats out. The water was flat as a lake. Larry from Xtreme said he wanted to drive and throttle since it was the first run and if anything was going to happen from defects of products or anything else, it would probably happen now. The props we have are too large in diameter, they are 17" and we need to have them made into 16.5". When we first started out, the bow of the boat never even raised to go on plane. The boat just went from an idle right to being on plane. The boat use to take about 15 seconds to get on plane, now it's instant. We brought the boat up to 5100 and we were doing 121 KNOTS (can't figure out how to change the GPS). We have the rev limiters set at 6,100 where we never came close to. I can't even imagine with the right props what the top speed will be. I have to admit, I was a little nervous and I never realized how small the boat actually gets when it goes that fast!! I am thrilled with the work Extreme did on the boat and I also want to thank Fred from Trick for all the custom parts he got us. I can't wait to get our new trim tabs he had made for us on the boat next week.
Does anyone know the exact conversion for knots to MPH?

KNOTS to MPH

20 kts = 23 mph 95 kts = 109 mph
25 kts = 29 mph 100 kts = 115 mph
30 kts = 35 mph 105 kts = 121 mph
35 kts = 40 mph 110 kts = 127 mph
40 kts = 46 mph 115 kts = 132 mph
45 kts = 52 mph 120 kts = 138 mph
50 kts = 58 mph 125 kts = 144 mph
55 kts = 63 mph 130 kts = 150 mph
60 kts = 69 mph 135 kts = 155 mph
65 kts = 75 mph 140 kts = 161 mph
70 kts = 81 mph 145 kts = 167 mph
75 kts = 86 mph 150 kts = 173 mph
80 kts = 92 mph 155 kts = 178 mph
85 kts = 98 mph 160 kts = 184 mph
90 kts = 104 mph 165 kts = 189 mph

1 mph = 5,280 ft an hour 1 knot = 6,076.12 ft an hour
1 mph = .8689755962687 kts an hour 1 knot = 1.15078030303 mph

They dynoed at 1,066 HP with 1,030 torque at 6 lbs boost. They lowered the boost a little bit. The motors sound incredible. When they start the sound different from other big motors, I can't explain it, they sound very crisp and very very loud. We have a lot of dialing in to do. We have to do a lot of different prop testing, install the tabs and I need to order a big tunnel tab from Fred. I was hoping to see mid 140's from the looks of it, that is not going to be a problem at all. We may have to raise our target speed, this one is going to be too easy! I will take some pictures tomorrow and post them tomorrow night. Anyone know how to change the knots to MPH on a Navman 5600??
