Tom, have you (and your Dr.) tried Imipramine? My ex had the best luck with it.

Also, I would not recommend Tofranil. Its really an APC-All Purpose Capsule; cures what ailes ya type thing dreamt up by the discount prescription drug companies to substitute cheaply for Imipramine. Its pretty much crap. Its kinda like taking some honey and water, and a little food coloring, and selling it as motor oil--same appearance and form, but does not accomplish the same task.
