They are afraid of the subject, that is why it keeps changing.
Like Mother says, If you are afraid of competition, eliminate it.

M&M can correct me if i,m off on this one .
Again I may add that O.L. is a beautifull boat for sure . If this thread helps coax them onto the course ,so we can see them head to head with fountain and skater ,then hav' at it , i'm game

Just quoting so we can continue to see this after you delete it.

Mark,

The OL's canopy is fully up to safety standards. SBI issued the rejection to race 2 days prior to the worlds, the boat was never inspected.

Therefore the excuse about the canopy is false. The OL canopy is not their typical production removable canopy. This canopy and cockpit are 1 piece and the cockpit is full breakaway type copmlete with oxygen life support system.

Andrew once again you have spoken without knowledge. The motors that were broken in N.C. were Gellner Engineering 1500's. Not Sterling. We tried different things with the second boat, including turbo motors. It didn't work so we went home.

You guys keep going back to this subject, but it doesn't have any connection with this thread. OL broke a pair of NEW motors, again we admit to it. Try to move past it. It Happens!

I'd run the gellners over the sterlings, they weren't gellners anyway ther were racecrafters junk. animalhose was mistaken.
reggie doesn't want competion, what's the point to run by yourself, must feel real proud to win agianist yourself.

I say forget the unlimited V and lets see some fair racing in Super V , then its not about ho can put more pony's to the water it would be about who builds a better boat and who has the better setup and crew.

Just so everyone knows the real truth...My engines were not in the boat at N.C. when it broke. They were Racecrafters, and I will put my stuff against anyones that wants to play. New York City is proof in the pudding. Where were all those 42's w/ 1200 + HP against "Lets Rock" 2 years ago, and further more this past year with "Just Truckin' " w/1250 Gellner's and a N/A 1 x 4 combination of "Wild Child". Get your facts straight there "Animal House".

Best Regards,

Dean Gellner
