5:00pm central time---------Here is the latest. Just got off the phone with Lucy. She wanted you to know that the Doctors have told her that he is not out of the woods by any means. They are taking it minute by minute, hour by hour. He is having some heart related issues now and are watching him very closly. He is on a ventilator, but is starting to respond when he is rolled in bed. He suffered a liver injury and a lung injury and has chest tubes in. He has lost alot of blood and has received a coulpe of pints of blood. He has numerous broken bones that likely will require surgery when he is stabilized. His status is still critical. I will talk with Lucy again later on tonight and will give you another update then. Lucy and Marks family want to thank all of you for all your thoughts and prayers. Mark is one tough guy and it is going to be a very long recovery......Kathy
