BTW Welcome back!! :drink: :drink: We filed a lawsuit in June of 2005 for breach of contract, failure to deliver and a few other things. They admitted that they screwed up during a meeting in June 2005 but still could not provide a schedule, plan or anything. Was there going to be 10, 500, 1000, didn't know and that was not acceptable. We were already in the red, how could you continue losing money if you had no idea about the future? Some of the things that happenned reached an incredible low and very bad business. Since we were the company that got them started (we were their first customer and left another partnership to be with them) and the company that created the market, you think they would do everything they can to help. We did nothing wrong, just ordered and forecasted as previous. Hope this adds a bit of insight into what really went down. Thanks, Dustin |

When time came around, we received 10 sc's, 5, 7, etc. which was simply not enough. There wasn't even enough for warranty replacements, repairs, etc. We were forced into a very bad situation. Customers got very angry, both potential and current, we lost an incredible amount of sales, employee's, contracts, marketing and advertising chances, money for R&D, etc.

Re: NEW Whipple SC's?
Just remember that were still short handed so email is by far the best way to get ahold of me, whether it's orders or questions.
We do have 8.1L/GMC, in fact we could ship it next week if you ordered first thing monday. Thanks, Dustin |

Re: NEW Whipple SC's?
Simple question.... If SC supply was an issue, why no response on reprograming 496 ECU's? Quick cash, minimal COS....?
Thanks |

Thanks We pay a lisc. fee for every flash, so it's not cheap for us or the customer. We do our best, but it's not really a big $$ maker. As for 525 kits, we should have them in stock around Jan. but it's best to get all orders in before that if you want them. Our marine sales pick up around Jan. and normally we can't keep up when we have a full staff. So were gearing up, but I know I'm going to be working some serious OT  Dustin |

We have a few different systems, but they will add 3-5" depending on what system. HP will range from 700-750 depending on stage. Price range is $6600-$8500 depending on stage and finish. Thanks, Dustin |
