It's already had all the repair work done.
The pictures look worse than what it really was. Me and Rach took it for a sea trial. It's Supremo!! :D

Florida is a "Disclosure State" and to not reveal this major repair would be illegal. A sharp surveyor should be consulted before the purchase to prevent anybody from OSO getting "Ripped Off".
