Aw heck, just slowly move the adjustment cable in the slot in short increments until it works equaly in both gears. :D

When I reversed my props from in to out and swapped the shifter throws around, I still had to fiddle with the adjustment as the one drive would not fully engage in 1 direction after the swap. The adjustment was not changed prior either and is independent of the shifter to shifter bracket thinga magig. The adj. tool did not work in my case. I moved the adjustment from 1 extreme to the other in both gears, then tightened at the mid point.

Sorry ....my problem is i need to adjust my shift cable ...and i have found some instruction ...and it`s not the same adjustement than mine ... can you help ???
