Re: Inside Outerlimits
Unfortunately ended up at a 1 year old's birthday party yesterday. Although a great party, I am sure you know where I would have much rather been Joe.... ;)

I had a similar camera before this until it went for a swim at one of the Poker Runs. :( It seemed to have a red eye reduction that worked great. It would flash twice while taking a photo. This newer model, I can't seem to find that setting, and the pics taken indoors seem to come out as if I was shaking the camera... :( Not as happy with it as I was with the previous model... |

Ultraviolet, visible, and infrared radiation are really high in the newer Halcyon, hence red eye and shaking cam. effect. This is a real tough enviroment to shoot in for light balance; natural color temps are almost impossible to achieve with most consumer auto cams, even high end "pro" dig cams will have trouble in a factory setting.... Short: It's not you or a bad camera.... Both are doing pretty well indoors considering the lighting conditions! :drink: |

WOW!!!
Never considered all that! |
Re: Inside Outerlimits
Bojoe,
Any pics that you can post??? A trip is in the works for me to go back up there soon. I should probably bring extra batteries for the camera as well. With all due respect, I will only post photos that OL authorizes me to take.... Looking forward to going there once again! |
