I definetly see the difference: 2005 Donzi 38 ZR, Staggered 525s, ITS, XR Sportmasters, Hearing Props, Tested in Sarasota Florida Saltwater with full tank 2 people aboard air 82 degrees boat ran 91.5:
Toms River Saltwater Barnegat Bay Full Tank 1 person aboard 78 degrees boat ran 89 mph:
1000 Islands Canada Freshwater, Full Tank 2 people aboard 80 Degrees boat ran 86 mph. I ran the boat at negative on the tabs and 5 on the trims no matter how high or low I went all I could achive were the numbers above:
Picture is from Poker Runs America Poker Run, with 4 people aboard seen the same speeds 86mph, weight in the boat wasn't an issue, drag was. The 38 ZR has one of the most efficent bottoms, drives run high and with 30" 5 Blade Hearing props she is set up for speed:
