Tailpipe fabrication
My fabrication shop has unfortuantely closed and I'm looking for someone to modify the ends of my tialpipes. Just need the 4" cone-down section at the end removed and replaced with similar length 4 1/2" section to accommodate 4 1/2 " clamp-on mufflers. This is in the single-walled section outside the transom after the water dump. Anyone know a shop that can do this?

Just e-mailed photos to Randy today, waiting for a response. Point he made on the phone was the tailpipes were modified by someone else in the recent past ... they may not want to deal with "someone else's" stuff. Actually, I gave him your name as a customer character reference.
By the way, I recieved the Lifeline vests tonight. I'm very satisfied with them. Also recieved the 4 1/2" GGB's I traded out with Lofty. Thanks for your help!

Nothing special there. Cut off the add on just before the weld, Tig on a new peice. Any body with a Tig welder can do that.
Is the 4 1/2" not longer enough for the mufflers?
What are the 2 drains for?

Red Dog, where did you get the white rubber gasket for the outside of the tailpipe. I need to replace mine but have always used a thicker black rubber?

The two drains were water dumps from previous rigging (previous owner) of Stellings dry exhaust and 950 h.p. blower motors.
