Ran across a thread in sailinganarchy.com that expresses concerns regarding Boatpix photo's. Apparently many received an e-mail seeking payment for photos that were not received or were returned. Seems like it happened enough that 75% of respondents ask to have them banned from the site. For some, it occurred many, many years ago. Any one here get a recent e-mail demanding payment??
