I have a question;

What is the length of a donzi 18 - tip of trailer to end of drive? I have a garage that is 21 feet long, but I can gain another 3 feet for a total of 24 if I include a closet.

A folding-tongue trailer might reduce the LOA some.

I live in a deed restricted neighborhood so lawn-art is out of the question.

Any response appreciated!

99% sure it won't fit. I bought a 15 Whaler for the same reason to keep at a 2nd home. The garage was 19 feet long and a 15 (is actually 15.5) with a 60 HP 4S Yamaha sitting a few inches forward on the swing arm detachable tongue trailer leaves me about 1/2 inch of clearance. The garage door had the bigger supports (for hurricanes) on the back of the door that stuck out like 4 inches so it all adds up.

I was shocked how motor/trailer filled up 3.5 ft of the garage length.

Good Luck

It will fit in 24' depth with folding tongue.
