Clay, I had a 29 Scarab on lake travis. It is a great boat, looks good, rides great, fast, nice cabin, easy to work on, etc. It also will jump those cruiser wakes very nice! I was so happy with the 29 that I went to a 33, and now a 38 scarab. But I miss the 29 sometimes, it was one of my best boats ever!
Good luck, and hope to see you in the Scarab this summer!

Tough decision. Single is less maintenance than twins. But what difference will the blower make as far as reliability?
Personally, I like the lines of the Fountain better. But would appreciate the higher freeboard and bigger cabin for comfort. And less chance of the boat becoming a sinker.
Take em both out for a spin and see what you like. Only way to tell. Gotta get seat time in them. Good luck Clay.
