Can anyone recommend a prop shop in MD or VA?
I want to get a prop repitched and cleaned up. Preferably in MD. or N.Va.

Dave,
If it is just a good stainless prop and not ultra hi-performance I would say Miller Island prop shop up in Edgemere,(just outside of Balt. near Sparrows Point). If is something special try Murphy's in Virginia Beach. Good luck. |

I would try Murphys, Curtis Propellor in Marlow Heights, or Wells Propellor in Indian Head. Chic at Wells Propellor is a good guy.

Try Murphy's Prop Shop on Azalea Garden Road in Norfolk, VA. We use them for all our customers including our numerous racers.
Tell'em Doug sent you! Good luck. |
Some of the folks mention "Curtis". Took both my props to him last year for his version of "labbing". Saw no gain in performance. Did see less vibration when coming out of the hole.
