I go to the picture
the right click and open with...
microsoft photo editor...
then there should be a resize button on there under image under your toolbar...
If you don't have that then I don't know what application you have.

When you're finished all you have to do is find a picture that is too big, right click on it, and choose the 'RESIZE IMAGE' and pick the size! What works is - LARGE (fits a 1024x768 screen) and you'll have a second copy at usable or postable size! It's easy and free. Let me know if you need help Chris
