Im thinking of a 30 with obs. But Im not paying threw the nose for ins. $2500 max! Ill go buy a big v again.

I would also be looking at cats if ins was affordable for me.


I know of people getting bills for $8,000

Nah sorry no boat is worth that much even if I could afford to blow it on insurance.

I was at 6400.00 with a 30 O/B.........Sold it.........regrett it........But, I cant afford that premium.......If you boated 365 days a year its not bad, but weekends with a few every other weekends..CANT JUSTIFY IT.......

for the price im selling mine, you can pay high rates and still come out ok. yaa, i know, thats a stretch but it gave me a chance to throw in a shameless plug :rolleyes:

Ya I cant justify 6400 either ! I was paying $3300 for a 2005 390 velocity.
