A man walking through Chinatown........
 

.......was fascinated with all the Chinese
restaurants, Chinese shops, and the Chinese signs and banners on the buildings. He was having the best time just walking and looking
around.

Then, he turned a corner and saw a building with a sign, "Hans Olaffsen's Laundry." "Hans Olaffsen?" he said to himself, "how in the world does that fit in here?"

His curiosity getting the best of him, he entered the shop. An old Chinese gentleman was sitting quietly in the corner. The visitor asked him, "How in the world did this place get a name like Hans Olaffsen's Laundry?"

The old man answered, "Is name of owner." The visitor continued, "Well, who is the owner?" "I am," replied the old man. "You?"
exclaimed the visitor, "how did you ever get a name like Hans Olaffsen?"

The old man explained, "Many years ago when I come this country, I am stand in line at Documentation Center. Man in front of me in line is big blonde Swede. Lady look at him and go, 'What your name?' He say, 'Hans Olaffsen.' She look at me and say, 'What your name?' I say, 'Sam Ting.'"
