Post Sarah Donohue

Today I received an e-mail from the lovely Sarah Donohue. She mentioned that she will be racing in the USA this year. In the UK, she campaigns a 24' Batboat with a Merc XR2. It weighs in @ 700kg (1540 lbs) and runs 80-85 mph.

Our 24's only weigh 3000 and they are laid up very heavy, to last, and have the same thickness transom that is used in 50' boats with 900+ hp engines.

Welcome Sarah, we look forward to watching you race over here this year. We will be down in a few weeks. Email or call if you need anything.

Clackster, You gonna run the whole pro series this year? We need another National and World Champion for 2002 in a batboat!

I'm planning a very diverse tour this season with a west coast date to start with some great lake series visits with some east coast as well,Savanah sound good too,Idon't plan to chase points in any series, more than that i'm interested in choosing a venue best suited for our team.
Bladerunner is one cool boat,I wish they would stamp some of those out here in the states.I wonder if that may be the plan?I'd take one!

She's not a true racer unless she's on the "board", and bikini pictures get extra brownie points!

She certainly is a true racer, many victories and she both drives and throttles.

I invited her over to the board. I got mail from her today stating she had trouble posting. She is off to Dubai and will try again when she gets back.
