Re: Whipple Chargers

There was some talk on the board recently regarding Whipple. I know they were having some issues in regards to getting their product, but it appears that they have gotten it squared away now. Dustin was on the board here and said they are back in business!!

Re: Whipple Chargers

They are VERY much in business with their own product that is even better than the Lysolm product. Give them a call and order away !!! I am sure they are filling a BIG backlog right now :drink:

Jassman go with triple Ilmors mated to Arnesons. Should still be the fastest most trouble free set up. 1875 total hp and the weight of 2 900's with 6's but the advantage of 3 props.

-Whatever you do don't buy from TMP without first calling me. I purchased a set of their engines and they NEVER RAN!! I had to rebuild the engines after less then 15 hours and what was found during the rebuild makes me sick!!!!!

Wow, I tought you were part of their organization, you were their best promoter a while back. Sorry to hear that. Good luck!

Dustin is an OSO member. Call him directly, no BS, no problems. Last year they had problems with their supplier Lysolm - they now produce their own product.

The promoting came from the TMP 1600 thread, which was started by someone on there calling me a cheer leader, no need in metioning names, Im over it. I personally never had any problems with the motors they built me. I just stated what was explained to me by Steven and David, along with the pics I took. Eddie the guy that actually built the motors was always straight up. I see now this is as good as some of the Apache threads. :D Jeff

TMP would have been on my list for new motors, but NOT now. With all the good press Jassman gave them and they turn around and screw him.....that's B.S.

Another boat industry company will bite the dust

Thats ok, I just look at it no different than a satisfied cusomer of yours telling people there experience, which for me at the time was good. When customers are satisfied the engine builder is a hero, when they get screwed you then become a zero. :D

Good luck Jassman. The boating industry is way too small to be screwing over customers.............looks like TMP's days are numbered.
