I think south beach is completely sold out this weekend I tried to get a room a month ago and there were none I finally asked some friends and someone new someone who knew someone and I think I have a room just for friday night you might wan't to try downtown or even coconut grove better than nothing.

Mark at Fordsofflease most hotels have a three night only, try for Thur. to Sun. might make the diff.
