will - what else was proposed in the bill? I heard they had daytime speed limits in there as well?

They did but the only thing that made it from what i was told is mandatory education and that it has to go to the house now.we'll see.

that would probably be good to have pass...I will gladly take a course - any chance this would weed out wave runners ?

Finally good news about boating Seems like every state has some sort of laws that are against powerboaters.

mandatory education and more money for DGIF (more officers) looks like they will make it thru, these are the 2 things that the entire boating community are behind, the speed limits are only being pushed by a special interest group here at SML, they feel that if they don't get some sort of speed limit the lake's will not be safe or that they will have lost their own little battle.
