powerboat mag.... anyone have old issues!

Im looking for someone who has the 1999 powerboat that has the 38 top gun on the cover.... not sure of the month. i want to buy one and cant find it... help!

I just looked at all 12 1999 Powerboat mags covers. Do not see a 38 Cig top gun on front of any.
