Profile dispute...
What happened to the thread between Dean and Profile. That is the kind of info that we come to this site for, why was it deleted???? Anything I saw of it was all done with tact and plenty of facts to back his story, so why delete it????

Re: Profile dispute...
It apeared to me that Dean had started using OSO to negotiate a settlement of his lawsuit. I don't think that would be any different than a classified ad on the front page. Pay OSO the legal fees he would be saving then go for it.
Maybe he hadn't been a member long enough to read the rules.
That's just my opinion and it's worth what you paid for it.

thinking about it you are probably right, I would agree that was as it appeared, the intent was really to get them to the table to discuss it openly, but I readily admit I likely went to far with that part of the discussion. In order to get them here I got REAL agressive, to the point I was being a bully, I do not enjoy getting worked into that state.
However it did get some people on record of saying some things, and I learned a lot from the exchange, so to that end there was value in that, so while I likely shouldhave said it different, I am glad i said it. Pervious efforts in all regards have failed to get as far with the issue as that exchange (chack one up for the power of OSO).
As to paying an amount equal to legal fees to OSO, sure, I had given up on ever getting anything, so if fees eat up the whole thing and I am back to square one, who cares. Maybe I could use the money to buy ad space on OSO for my accounting firm, ummmmmmm......
(scratching my head with that dumb look about me.....)
