Default I want to get rid of this - project for a 1st timer.

I was going to do something with this just for fun.
19' Wellcraft American.
It was the wifes boat shortly after we met. One day I had the wild, crazy idea (it's those voices again... ) that I was going to do some work on her, change the windsheild to a fairing, drop a 8 cyl. in.

The boats a mess, and just taking up space in my back yard. I don't have the time to do anything with it.

I'd love to sell it to a teenager that has the energy to put it back together.
It needs everything, new floor, re-rig all controls. install fairing.
Has a 140hp 4 cyl that should only need a little work.
Alpha drive. HRs - I have NO clue. Comes with the trailer. Trailer is in OK shape to haul, but not pretty.
Anyone want a project?
I'm open to ANY offer. I just want it gone.

go ahead and bump this thread if you consider it a "AD".

But, I'd Dam near give this thing away to one of the younger guys, if they want something to work on, and call it there own (instead of Dad's boat)

Thanks Rob.
Because this hasn't seen water (nor have I - except for an INCREDIBLE run in the gulf with Ratman, and another GREAT run with Glassdave in the freakin winter on lake Erie) in a few years, I consider myself boatless.
I'm trying to sell off all the old. I was running a 25' Baja, a 26'Wellcraft, and this 19', all at the same time. It was eating me alive in dock/storage $$$.
I was actually searching this morning, and found an old Baja IDENTICAL to my old one - I might just do it - to get back on the water.
If I was a 16 yr old boat freak (which I was, almost 20 yrs ago) - this would be a good project - cheap.
Either someone wants it, or it get's cut up as scrap.

Not a bowrider - it's a cuddy, and the last I checked, the cabin isn't in bad shape.
Yeah, Title is around here somewhere.
As soon as I posted this thread I thought of you - this would be a good project.
I will admit, it needs TONS of work. I took the windsheild off, and cut the glass back to extend the deck - I got all the cutting done just none of the fabrication to put it back together.
If you're interested, It's gonna be ALOT of work, but, the boat was a good hull - it ran mid 40's with just the 140hp 4 cyl.
