sounds like the beav is a pos that let the deal fall apart, brokers get paid to put deals together not f them up.

I have been in the boat business in Broward County since 1979 and I never even HEARD of Gary Beaver or beavboats before this thread.

Legally, in the State of Florida, he would have been entitled based on if he used the proper wording in his contract, even now 3 years later. If he saw this he could go after you and get it without much trouble as thestateisvery goodabout such things. This thread is 3 years old, that was also three boats ago. No contracts were signed. Let it go.
