Fun Poker Run! I did it a couple of years ago in my Black Thunder. Great people down there at Lake Murry!

Everyone has been hectic with moving, building, and traveling. I will see what I can find out about dates this week and let y'all know ASAP :drink:

They also had to pull the lake back down to do final dam repair and it isn't coming up as fast as we would like :( Everyone is a little nervous about the water level. It is rising back, just not as fast as last time.

Just shot you an email. I think there will be some people on the lake this weekend. I am trying to finish the yard work so I can play a little...I also have a wedding I need to go to on Saturday.

That means you had a good weekend :D :drink: . Hopefully we can all get together soon. Let me know if y'all want to come down one weekend. My new house is much closer to the Marina's :drink: :evilb:

New house is close to Rusty Anchor which I'm sure will be the host for everything as usual. I will see what info I can dig up and post this week. It has been a strange spring with the Lake having to be down 1 last time for the dam work :( :rolleyes:

We can only hope that we have water in the lake by then. At last check the water was down approximately 10 feet.

It seems to be raining just enough today to keep you from working.

We have water at the dock but isn't the 11ft depth we should have right now :(

The run is still on. Most people I have talked to aren't actually doing the stops but will be out on the lake. The lake still being low has everyone not wanting to go into too many of the stop areas.

Weather forecast isn't looking so good now. That changes daily though :rolleyes:

The house I sold last year had deeper water :eek:

It's all irrelevant right now with the lake down. All I have to park at it right now is a Hightide and a waverunner so I'm just fine :D . For most of my visitors it's a different story though

The weather forecast looks bad this weekend so I'm kinda torn. We need the rain but we don't want it. :rolleyes: Why can't it just rain all week and be pretty on the weekends :D

Yea, I hear ya....It's been raining almost every weekend here........except for this coming weekend and I have to work saturday!! Haven't even pulled the boat off the rack yet!! :mad:

I have a surprise B-day party to go to. If the weather stays like it's been yesterday and today there won't be anyone on the lake. I think we got half of our rain deficit in one day yesterday...it rained cats and dogs

I'm sure Rusty Anchor will be the best place to be though

You would have been just fine after Rusty Anchor...it was that trip to Dockside until 2:00 - 3:00 AM the night before the poker run that did you in :D

The MOHETA's were good on Sunday though :drink:

This could be the second year in a row that we have crappy weather for the poker run :( starting to be reminiscent of SML :D After that year we did the run at SML in rainy 47 degree weather we swore we would never come back...but we did the next year :D and it was well worth it. Hopefully we can get a group back up there next year :drink:

Boy did I get shltcanned at the dockside (I think that was the name) place last year!
