I guess the Tour Boat Company has representation from the Insurance co.? I noticed the same thing in some of the different articles.

Thats how it reads to me. He is the responding atty in all three articles. Unless they have it confused and he is the Insurance Co atty responding on the Ethan Allens behalf.

What a mess.

Then it goes on to say the insurance co didnt have a licence to write policies. That would mean no insurance period :eek:

Article says MA is attorney for Shoreline (the tour company). Most states require Ins. companies to pay into a state fund that gets used when an insurance company goes out of business. Not sure if "scams", are intended to be covered the same way. Symapthies to those affected and good luck to all involved.
