Another crazy story in the boat biz. The only thing I feel doesn't have any relevance is the time delay. **** happens and I have never seen a court award compensation for loss of use of a boat unless specifically addressed in the original contract (like $X per day or month, etc. after an agreed upon date).

Thanks for the best wishes, I think sad is more an apt description than crazy, theses folks that think they are untouchable need to wake up, if you are breaking the law and someone comes along with the means and fortitude to make someone accountable then things will change, I'm that guy.
