EC39, I know for a fact that Mixer Boy is very good at the Pump-Out Dock! Save that duty for him! Last summer he was trying to shove the hose into the potty like a plunger and a bunch of people saw him w/ his thang stuck into the fitting at the transom tak'n a "leak" We chaulked it up 2 the beer, but when he did the same thing the next day in broad daylight! I am not sure EC39 lets anyone use the head :D :D I would suggest Josh
PM Dennis if he wants to ride along since he might not check back. If he gets a ride he will be lucky Dennis is an extremely experienced driver and knows the area

Donna, We have 6 coming, but Billy already knows. We may start out early at the Bocce ball restuarant across from the Palace and roll a few games. I think there was still a couple of rooms still avaiable at the Best Western down the road 69.00 on the internet. Will try to get there Tuesday (euchre night) to take pictures of the Pantera on the ceiling.

Sounds good, I just talked to Bill (OPA) he said a lot of his racing buddies have been calling to tell him they are planning on coming, I guess there are going to be a lot more people there than even I realized :D

Bill said he will have race videos playing on all his TV's and will put out a nice spread of munchies, this was a spur of the moment party but it looks like it is shaping up nicely :drink:

If the venue is reasonably driveable by an out-of-towner staying in Southfield -- and you don't mind SoCal representation -- I'm a "possible".
Donna, check your PM.

It was great to meet everyone last night. Fun gathering. Great group. Fantastic venue. Thanks for making me feel so at home -- and for giving me a good feeling for the scene up here.

I've made new friends. Hope to see you all soon.

If anyone has plans to be in Havasu -- or just LA to visit -- let me know. We'll hook up.

David from LA

Re: MI Offshore Party

Finally starting to feel human, we did not get home to close to 3:00

I had a blast, Bill ad his wife were excellent hosts Kristin (Mrs. OPA) did a great job on the decorations the balloons and the gift bags with the beer mugs & shirts were great, plus she was an awesome bartender. The food was excellent; OPA's put out a free and generous spread of hot appetizers. The mini sliders sure came in handy to wash down the libations that were being liberally poured. You guys were so generous I hope the bar broke even. Stop in at OPA's in you are ever in the area it is a real cool place.

It was great to see everyone, people came from all over; Toledo, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Frankenmuth, down river and even CA :D I’m amazed how far offshore boaters will travel for a beer :D Also thanks to Reliable Carriers for all the hats and tee shirts they supplied
