easy way to remove 3m 5200 ?
any one out there use 5200 to mount trim tabs. is there any easy way to remove it? besides the razer baldes?

3m adhesive remover and elbow greese. Use the razor blade first to remove the bulk

Ditto on the remover made for removing the stuff. 5200 is tough.

Thanks guys off to the marine store I go.... wish i thought about using this stuff before I used it...oh well.

Good luck hope you can fix gelcoat. I can't ever get that stuff off without messing something up. Use the 4200 if you think your going to take it apart again.

West Marine has a small spray bottle of adhesive remover...can't remember the name but it's a white bottle with red top, about $10 bucks...let it soak a bit...
