Anyone know if there is still a show about builing performance boats (like "American Chopper") and it was being filmed at Outerlimits? I was just wondering!

That trailer has been around for a long time but I have never seen an air-date or actual time of showing. I have been wondering what happened to it also!

We need to get this kind of a program to air! The "Choppers" and "Hot Rod" guys have had a good amount of exposure. It is time our passion made it to the air waves. I realy hope there is something from this type of a show. We can get the safety message out there at the same time aswell. Look forward to others comments.

Chris I am sure we could figure out a way to view it up here in frosty Toronto, after all we even have an OSS race this summer!

Cool trailer, looks like it would be a blast to see. Would give Outerlimits some great exposure...how do you think Reggie would like that?

There actualy was a show on OLN (outdoor network) a few months back that featured John West from Ultra Custom Boats......Rock the Boat was the name show......It was the same basic premise as American Chopper.....beat the deadline.......except with boats.....if you go to the OLN website you can probably fing some info on when the series will re-air....

Yes, but I personaly would prefer one that didn't SUCK!!!! I'm sure that one with the format of Outerlimits would have much more CLASS then the NIMRODS on Rock the Boat!! :drink:

I am not an Outerlimits fan but I hope a show wpuld not ruin their REP like it did to Ultra. :(

I've been trying to check out OLN and TLC for these shows too but have been unsuccessful in Canada. If they are being aired on another network let me know!

the show is called Sea Rodder......i have never seen it aired, but i have my TIVO set to grab it if it ever comes on.....did you guys see the trailer or the full version? i think i saw the full version.

Saw both. One is about 19 min. long. Looks like it's not bad. Not sure if it will air.

Shows like this are shopped around until a network "buys" it and its aired. doesn't look like they have had much luck so far...my Tivo has been looking for it too for 1 year + so don't bother looking around when it appears we'll all know about it.

I bet that "Rock the Boat" abortion didn't help OL's cause much either, networks must think there is no market at all for it.

What was the story with the Rock the Boat show?? I never saw it. Sounds like it sucked. What was the problem?

Like someone else said, lots of fake drama and just plain bad
script. Didn't show much of building a boat. Too much staged drama!
