Wow! Miss Nortech 50'er
|
Re: Wow! Miss Nortech 50'er
I got to climb around Miss Nortech while it was being made.
That boat blew my mind !!!! I think it was one of the first 50 cats that Nor-tech built (the red one that was later converted into a turbine boat was the first I think). Nothing like making a statement right from the get-go :D That and the AMAZING quad 50 ft V bottom "Warbird" are some of the baddest boats I've ever seen Thanks for that link...AWESOME !!! Hans |

Re: Wow! Miss Nortech 50'er
The Twin Turbine 50ft Nortech Warbird is alive and well
The owner keeps it on a lift behind his house in Boynton Beach It is still maintained by Turbine Marine and may be sold. The owner has already picked his new turbine project |
Re: Wow! Miss Nortech 50'er
Nice video find. Wasn't aware that Miss Nortech had quads...maybe it should do a drag with Xtreme xhibit! :D

Re: Wow! Miss Nortech 50'er
...although now that won't happen! Looking forward to seeing Miss Nortech version 2 with the turbines...

The Warbird Cat was pretty intense, but in my opinion the 50 V Warbird was the boat that raised the bar... SICK!!!!
Sorry about the picture quality, and the dork in the pictures...me! |

Re: Wow! Miss Nortech 50'er
There is a navy blue 4 engine 50ft V Nortech at Turbine Marine as well,
it may be the Warbird. It is maintained by Turbine Marine and runs out of Miami. Of the dozen boats at Turbine Marine, I think a 42 Apache is the smallest. Quite an impressive array of Hardware |
