Surveying a Cafe Racer tomorrow!

I'm flying up and having a Cafe Racer surveyed tomorrow, its getting surveyed professionally and having a leakdown, but just for peace of mind what should I personally check that are typical of Cafe Racer hulls, 91' to be specific.

Thanks!

Make sure that there is not any 3.2 beer in the cooler. That stuff will make you sick!

Yes, he is. He appears to be the only game in town.

I bought an 88 with about 600 hours on it and would look for the following small items:

Stress cracks in the hull near the bulkhead at the helm.

Stress cracks on the corners of the helm station and cockpit liner.

These cracks are more a cosmetic nuisance than structural issue. I had them repaired then they came back a little over time.

Overall my boat was in great shape and showed only expected cracks that you would expect after 650 hours of use.

I repainted it and here's here's the end result before I sold it...

Surgin General covered it. Also look at the glass work where the stringers meet the transom and bulkheads. A good hit with a hammer will tell you if they are solid. Your surveyor will use a moisture meter also.
