from the video it appears that you video tape a boat running into you and dont try and avoid the collision I could Imagine what the coast guard would be telling me as they handcuffed me If I was driving the boat Must be some more to the story or that captain is no longer a captain

I highly doubt that Coxswain is driving USCG boats anymore. :eek:

And we don't handcuff people on boats unless they pose a threat. :drink:

1. Nice of the speedboat captain to have a feel of what is happening around him.

2. Nice of the CG cptn. to yell... like he's gonna hear you. This is what the horn is for.

3. Nice of the CG cptn. to know that the speed boat has right of way in this situation. :rolleyes:

CG boat had plenty of time to turn away considering they DID NOT have the right of way.. Id be lawyering up if I was hit like that :rolleyes:
Shame about that chrysler outboard also.. thems were good moddas :D

Yep, CG had to yield following THEIR rules. The 'speeding boat' was manned by a couple of idiots, but they still had the right of way.
