As discussed in our last phone conversation with you, due to the incorrect information that you provided us for the purchase of the special order exhaust system that you purchased from us, there is no return policy available for the "Custom Special Order" from the manufacture in regard to returning this item. While we have made every attempt to rectify this matter for you. Let me once again recap our last conversation. In the spirit of preferred customer service we had agreed to take your incorrectly ordered components and make the appropriate corrections to the item to your newly provided specification which would allow you everything that you had originally requested at no additional cost to you other than the required shipping back to us. You noted that you had taken matters into your own hands and purchased the item elsewhere with your newly corrected dimensions. Upon which you would further move to slander our company upon the industry forums which it has become apparent now that you have done. I am sincerely sorry that what you originally asked for and requested, when given that exact product from us we could not meet your needs Unfortunately we would have liked very much to correct this problem for you had we been given the opportunity.

When the tails did not fit in back November ,they told me
they spent to many hours with me on my boat , and I should not call or contact them !

they advertise under a few different names on oso and had my first thread closed :
