Not that I know them or anything, but I would think that if you asked nicely they would let you keep the props for one more week...I mean who needs the exact set of props that you happened to borrow for testing this week. I would call and find out, you may not be as bad off as you thought with the shipping costs...but that does suck. I hate waiting around for people to finish stuff. I try to do everything I can myself so I don't run into that, but some stuff you just can't do, and some people are good about getting the stuff back and others aren't.

Sounds like he is making his problems your problem
I dont get it, I would be a little urked.

Ive found that ne matter what my lead time is on a boat project, I tell vendors it has to be done now. If you give them an inch they take the mile and then some. Dont tell them its not your priorty because it seems in must cases they will prove to your its not theirs

Baja I think you can use the tracking # to re-prioritze it (upgrade) the shipping speed level, it will be on your dime for now but at least you know it will get done. Good luck.

Wanna hear something even crazier? If the product is damges, lost, stolen...anything during transit they are not responsible unless you have insurance. We have had thousands and thousands in UPS Claims and get a hundred dollars each time because that is the max they'll give...even if it a $10,000 part. They suck.

I use a wire transfer when I have to buy material out of California. That way they have the money in half an hour or so, and they ship my stuff that day.

even if you buy their insurance, good luck with your claim... the person receiving it has to pretty much tell the driver otherwise its a no go and most packages are left on the front porch when nobodys home....
