need help, trying to get in touch with them,but seem to only get a voice mail, anybody near Middletown Ohio? or if anyone has any info on them please post.

I have their system...love it... leave a message...he will call back...also talk to Fred @ TRICK MARINE...he sell the system and can answer questions....what is the ?...
