Tow Straps

What size tow strap are you guys using? The straps are usually rated 2 ways, breaking strength which is obvious, and working load. I saw one set where the break strength was 10,000lbs and the working load was 3000lbs. I have a 3500lb boat but at, say 60 MPH, it would seem like more. What size strap would you think I'd need to keep the boat from flying forward in an emergency stop?
