Donzi Black Widow
This might sound stupid...will a very slightly bent propeller shaft, with no vibration, cause you to not be able to get out of the hole and almost freeze at 3500 rpm untill it gets on plane?? It's a 454 with a King Cobra outdrive.
Man do I need help!

Re: Donzi Black Widow
I ran my boat with a bent prop shaft for half a season before I changed it. I saw difference either way.
I would take a closer look at the new carb, or linkage.
